Please read the following policy guidelines. Bring any questions or concerns to my attention.

  • Office Hours: Office hours are Monday through Friday from early afternoon until early evening, by appointment only. Some morning appointments can be arranged. Phone sessions for Somatic Coaching include some Saturday and evening hours.
  • Fees: Coaching and Bodywork sessions offered to adults are $95 for one hour, and $135 for one and one half hours. Children’s rate is $30 per 30 minutes, up to $60 per sixty minutes. Yoga classes are $14 per class, paid by 2-month session. Private Yoga instruction is $60 for one hour. Fee is due when service is rendered.
  • Communications and Appointments: Call, text, or email me to schedule, confirm, or change appointments or to ask questions: 919-933-2330, [email protected]. I appreciate your call or text to 919-933-2330 if you are running late.
  • Cancellations: Please notify me 24 hours in advance of any cancellations to avoid the fee. Longer notice is greatly appreciated.
  • Scope of Practice: I am Certified as a Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute, a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, and a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. Additionally I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Teacher in Yoga for Osteoporosis by its originator Loren Fishman, MD, and was for 23 years Senior Lead Instructor of Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology at the Body Therapy Institute. These areas of skill integrate in a wide range of knowledge and treatment options. Let’s talk about what works best for you in our time together.
  • Client Information Forms: The Client Information Forms ensure that I understand your needs and wishes for the session.
  1. Email me at [email protected] to request a form. 
  2. Complete and return to me by email at least two days prior to your appointment, or print and bring with you.
  • Consent and collaboration with your team: If you wish, and with signed consent on file, I can work with your team of health professionals to give you the advantage of well-informed treatment. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Practices: A practical and effective way to support changes you are making is to engage in practices. Together we create practices to do at home or work. They are designed to be supportive, reflective, revealing, healing, or in some other way useful to you.
